The 2015 Dixie Fellowship will be held on the weekend of April 24-26, 2015 at Belk Scout Camp in Midland NC.
Dixie Registration Fee of $46.00 and is due by January 14th to lock in your spot and to make sure you get all your items.
The Dixie fee includes a delegate patch, participation pin, lodge delegate t-shirt, and a lodge Dixie delegate flap. A BSA health (part A & B) form is required and must be returned with your registration form.
The Eswau Huppeday Winter Banquet will be held on Saturday January 3, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Hickory, NC.
At this event, we’ll look back on the past year of Lodge activities and look forward to celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Order of the Arrow.
The day will start with the American Indian Affairs Kickoff at 1:00pm. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm, and will be followed by a fun evening program of awards, trivia, prizes, remembrances, and of course, the Nabby Awards.
Eswau Huppeday will host an American Indian Affairs Kickoff on the day of Winter Banquet – Saturday January 3, 2015.
We’ll meet at 1:00pm at the First United Methodist Church in Hickory, NC, as one large group and then break off into teams, which will allow everyone to experience all the different aspects of the AIA in our lodge.
Newcomers to AIA can expect insightful group work sessions while retuning members can improve their performance and help guide others.
We want to have as much attendance as possible so that we can have a great year. So come out sing, dance, make regalia, and participate in ceremonies.

Yes. It was announced on the National Order of the Arrow’s Facebook page on October 1st that “Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand we have reached our capacity to accept additions to existing contingent registrations at this time.” Full announcement on Facebook.
No! Eswau Huppeday has spots. Everyone that has paid a deposit registration has a spot, and we have more spots.

For Youth ties – NOAC first timer wins
For first timer ties – lodge or chapter office wins
Maybe. The lodge has requested additional spots in addition to the ones we already have but we won’t know for a while if we get any. Your best chance is to jump on it now and get your deposit registration in.
Total cost for Eswau’s trip to NOAC is estimated to be $700 to $800. When the final travel arrangements are made in the next few months, we’ll know the total cost. Use the form below to make a $100 or more deposit and reserve your spot today!

Eswau Huppeday requested 40 spots for NOAC. Last week when National announced that NOAC was full, we had 26 people registered. Now, the 14 open spots we had have been filled.
Several more refundable deposits of $100 have been received since all the Eswau Huppeday spots were filled. They have been placed on a waiting list.
This Friday, October 10th, is when we we are scheduled with National to request any additional spots we want beyond the 40 we have. We will add any registrations we receive by then to the waiting list and will request as many additional slots as National will allow. They have advised us that it is unlikely that they will add spots at this point, but if they do, we will add as many as we can.
