Fall Fellowship Moved to October – Register Now

Fall Fellowship October 5-7

Did you forget to register for Fall Fellowship? Are you feeling blue because you think you’ll miss out on the fun stuff, campfire, elections, award voting, etc? Afraid your membership will lapse due to not paying you lodge fee in the Fall Fellowship registration?

Well you are in luck! Due to Florence pushing back Fall Fellowship to October 5-7th – you still have time to register!

You can register online right now through the Eswau Store!

When you register online make sure you bring a copy of your BSA Health Form parts A & B when you come to camp. See you at camp of Friday October 5th!

Fall Fellowship Is Cancelled This Weekend

Due to the potential impact on the event itself and travel this weekend, we are cancelling Fall Fellowship – but just for this weekend. Fall Fellowship will live on!

Fall Fellowship will now be held the weekend of October 5-7th.   

Our Lodge Chief will be contacting those involved with planning to see how the date change will affect those able to attend.  

For those that have prepaid for the weekend, and unable to attend, please contact Jimmy Arthurs to discuss options.

We are still keeping a close eye on the weather and will make a decision on holding Fall Fellowship this weekend as planned by the evening of Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

Fall Fellowship Weather Update and Survey

We continue to monitor the weather associated with Hurricane Florence. At this time we plan on having our Fall Fellowship this weekend at camp.

We will make every accommodation to try to keep everyone as dry as possible, however, plan on a rainy weekend.

If you are planning on coming, we need to confirm that you are coming, no ifs or maybes, we have to know to prepare for food.

To that end, we have created a survey to get a number of brothers attending, If you are a passport holder, we need to know if you are coming. If you have preregistered, and plan on coming, you need to answer survey.

If you are now changing your mind and not planning on attending, you need to let Jimmy Arthurs know immediately.

In order to plan we need to know your status by 9pm on Tuesday September 11th.

We appreciate your help in getting the plan confirmed. Wet or dry, we will have fun!

If the weather dictates that we cancel event, we will send emails and post on facebook page as soon as we are directed to do so.
