At $115.00 you pay less than half the cost if you registered individually for each event! Plus you only have to send in your Health Form once, instead of bringing it with you to each event.

A BSA health form MUST be turned in with your passport fee or the fee will be returned. After ordering online, mail your Health Form to:

The 2023 E7 Cornerstone Conclave will be hosted April 21-23, 2023 by Unali’yi Lodge 236 at Camp Ho Nan Wah near Charleston, SC.

Registration Fee of $50.00 is due by January 10th to lock in your spot and make sure you will get all items. A $2 transaction fee is added in the online store. Use the form below to register and pay your fee online to complete your registration.

Registrations will be accepted after the deadline for as long as the host lodge will accept them, but do not expect to get all of the items provided by the section.

The fee includes a delegate patch, participation pin, lodge delegate t-shirt, and a lodge delegate flap.

The 2022 Carolinas Indian Seminar will be hosted by Eswau Huppeday Lodge at Mitchell Community College January 20-22. Instruction in Native American dancing, drumming, singing, crafts, clothing, and historical traditions are included. Pow Wows will be held on both Friday and Saturday nights. Food will be provided by the Eswau Huppeday Cook Team and will include B-L-D and Cracker Barrel on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Registered Scouts and Scouters are welcome to camp but will need to bring their own tents. ONLY registered Scouts may camp onsite – there will be no exceptions.

All who are staying onsite must complete parts A and B of the BSA Health Form. All adults must have current YPT.

The cost for the event is free for Instructors, $20 for Eswau Huppeday Lodge Members, and $48 for Delegates.

Join us for Winter Banquet on January 7, 2023, as we celebrate the past year of our lodge with food, fun, and fellowship! We want you there as we usher in a new year for our lodge!

Winter Banquet will be held at

Lodge Leadership Development will be from 1:00 until 5:00 and doors will open at 5:00 pm followed by the Banquet at 6:00 pm.

The cost is $17.00 if you register at least 10 days in advance, and increases to $22.00 after Dec. 28, 2022. Family members and other guests are welcome to attend.

Eswau Huppeday Lodge is pleased to invite you to participate in the annual Carolinas Indian Seminar. This event will be held January 20-22, 2023 at Mitchell Community College Continuing Education Center, 701 West Front St., Statesville, NC. There will be Powwows on Friday and Saturday nights.
