Spring Fellowship March 19-21 – Online Registration Only

Spring Fellowship

Register Now to join us for Spring Fellowship at Camp Bud Schiele. You must be registered to attend, walk-ins will not be allowed for this event. Registration is online only.

The cost for the event is $22 and due by March 15th, so register today!

You must bring a signed Health Form parts A and B with you to camp. You’ll have to complete and sign a Hold Harmless Form to comply with COVID policies. Download the COVID checklist.

When you arrive at camp there will be a temperature and COVID symptoms check while you are still in your vehicle. Once cleared, you’ll need to drive to a checkpoint at the OA shelter – have your forms ready. After the checkpoint, you will go to the Activity Field for parking.

Camping will be in campsites, some tents are up but are only available on a first come/first served basis. No cabins are available.

Beaver Day this Saturday March 6th

Beaver Day 2021

This Saturday is Beaver Day, our annual day of service to Camp Bud Schiele. Due to COVID restrictions, overnight camping on the weekend will not be allowed this year. Eswau Huppeday provide you with lunch and a patch. These will be distributed around Noon. If you have dietary restrictions, please make plans to bring your own lunch.

6 feet of social distancing will be enforced and masks are required when you are around others.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 8:00 AM.

When you arrive at camp there will be a temperature and COVID symptoms check plus you’ll have to complete and sign a COVID Medical Checklist . Once cleared, you’ll need to drive to the Activity Field for parking as the Main Parking Lot will be closed.

We’ll meet by the Quartermaster’s Shed and 9:00 AM for service assignments. If you have a gas powered leaf blower, please bring as part of projects will be cleaning tent platforms.

On Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 7:00pm we will hold elections for Lodge Chief, Vice Chiefs of Administration, Program, and American Indian Affairs, Secretary and Treasurer.

We will also select recipients for the James E. West Fellow Award and Founders Award.
