Journey to Excellence (JTE) places emphasis on continuous improvement. Just as the Boy Scouts of America Journey to Excellence program recognizes each level of the organization (Unit, District, Council), the OA’s program creates Journey to Excellence recognition for chapters, lodges, and sections.
