The 2025 Carolinas Indian Seminar will be hosted by Eswau Huppeday Lodge at Mitchell Community College from January 23-25, 2026. Instruction in Native American dancing, drumming, singing, crafts, clothing, and historical traditions are included. Pow Wows will be held on both Friday and Saturday nights. Food will be provided by the Eswau Huppeday Cook Team and will include B-L-D and Cracker Barrel on Saturday.
Registered Scouts and Scouters are welcome to camp but will need to bring their own tents. ONLY registered Scouts may camp onsite – there will be no exceptions. As another option, BSA Troops may sleep inside the building following appropriate YPT guidelines including two-deep leadership.
All who are staying onsite must complete parts A and B of the BSA Health Form. All adults must have current YPT.
The cost for the event is free for Instructors, $20 for Eswau Huppeday Lodge Members, and $45 for Delegates.
