Eswau Huppeday Lodge 560 is pleased once again to invite you to participate in the annual OA Carolina’s Indian Seminar at Mitchell Community College Continuing Education Center, 701 West Front Street, Statesville, NC on Friday, January 24th to Sunday, January 26th, 2020. We are looking forward to another excellent weekend of instruction, dance, crafts, fun, and fellowship.

Deadline: Registration must be postmarked by January 8th, 2019. Registrations will be taken on a first-come first- serve basis. Please use the registration forms supplied with this mailing and provide all requested information. Registrations and payments should be mailed to the address shown on the form. Registrations after this date may not be guaranteed a meal ticket.
Event Pricing:
Participant $40 Fee includes meals, classes, Friday and Saturday powwows, information booklet, space for sleeping, and event patch.
Saturday Day $24 Fee includes classes, Saturday powwow, and event patch (no meals provided)
Saturday Day (w/Lunch) $30 Fee includes classes, Saturday powwow, event patch, and lunch only.
Powwows Only $5 Fee provides access to campus after 5:00 pm for non-registered dancers and spectators. Children 5 and under are free but should still register.
Due to safety requirements, EVERYONE ON CAMPUS at any point of the day MUST BE REGISTERED and must wear their wristbands at all times. We need to be able to account for everyone at the event in case of an emergency. The registration desk will be located in the hallway outside of the Gym both Friday and Saturday. Please stop by to pick up your wristband and information packet. Additional patches will be available for sale at the registration table.
PLEASE be aware that we have lost the use of the cafeteria due to construction. The menu has been altered to accommodate the increased cost of providing a convenience style menu. Saturday night cracker barrel and Sunday breakfast will no longer be provided. We will not be able to accommodate special food requirements.
