Info for 2022 Conclave Delegates

March 18, 2022 By Eswau Huppeday Communications Chair

The 2022 Conclave will be held April 22-24, 2022 at Camp John J. Barnhardt. The address is 44184 Cannon Rd, New London, NC 28127. Check-in for our lodge is from 2:00-8:00 pm. Delegates are responsible for their own transportation. It is recommended that you eat supper before you arrive at camp on Friday. You may also want to bring some snack foods. Once check-in is completed, you’ll need to carry your equipment to your campsite, so pack accordingly. If you want Conclave memorabilia, visit the trading post early before they sell out. You may want to bring a chair or sit pad for seating in the amphitheater. Plan to wear your BSA Field Uniform or Class B Uniform during the weekend.

We are in need of adult volunteers to help judge competitions. If you’re able to help, please reach out to Andrew (andrewgsalisbury1@hotmail.com) or Abby (abbyfpearson@gmail.com).

If you’re interested in Dance Team, contact Elliot Gantt (elgantt21@gmail.com).
