There will be a Vigil Committee Meeting at 1:00pm on Saturday June 6th – right after lunch during June Ordeal.
We will need a representative from each Chapter to sit in on this meeting. If you are on the Eligibility List then you are not allowed to sit in on the meeting, as we may be discussing a nomination for you. Chapter representatives must be either ineligible for Vigil Honor or have already earned Vigil Honor.
Chapter representatives must be a Youth, not an adult. However an adult can be in present at the time of nominations. Once voting starts however, they will be kindly asked to leave.
Chapter Advisers and Chiefs, please start now in finding a representative. Once you have one, use the form below to send an email at Matt Cook, our Vigil Committee Chair. Title it with your chapter name and vigil committee member. Send me their name and email so that I can keep them updated.
Nominations are still open up until June Ordeal. If you have someone you would like to nominate get it in ASAP.
